Questions

Straight answers.

The general questions first, then the ones that only come up in your industry. If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

Working with us

The day, the offer and what you own.

What happens on the capture day?

We interview the people who carry the story, film the place and the work as it is, and photograph all of it. It is planned around your schedule.

Do you film and photograph on the same day?

Yes, always. Photography is part of every project.

What does the Foundation include?

A strategy session, one day of filming and photography, long-form films, short cuts, fifty edited photos and a deployment guide, shaped for your industry. One price: $7,500.

Is there a monthly retainer?

No. The Foundation is a one-time project, and everything is yours to keep.

Do we own everything?

Yes. Licensed music follows its license terms.

Where do you work?

Central Ohio, with no travel costs here. For IT and cybersecurity firms we travel, quoted separately.

What if my industry is not listed?

Ask. The same day works for most businesses where trust decides the sale.

Do you use stock footage or AI?

No. Real human origin: your people, your place and the people you serve, on camera. Nothing generated and nothing borrowed.

Healthcare

Patients, consent and working around care.

See the healthcare page

Who asks the patient?

You make the introduction. We explain what is involved, walk them through the paperwork and prepare them for the day. Anyone can say no.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

We work under your HIPAA policies. Every patient signs a written HIPAA authorization as well as a release, no patient information appears in frame, and your compliance team has the final word.

How much of our staff’s time does it take?

Your point person makes introductions and approves once. Providers usually need about twenty minutes on camera.

Will filming get in the way of care?

No. We schedule around your patients and move interviews when the floor needs them moved.

Does this work for hospital campaigns?

Yes. Campaigns with more speakers or sites add days at $2,500 each, scoped on the fit call.

Do you film patients?

Only patients who choose to, with a signed authorization. Many practices start with providers and staff.

Can one day serve patients, hiring and a campaign?

Often, yes. The same interviews can carry all three.

Mortgage brokers

The Foundation for mortgage brokers.

See the mortgage brokers page

What do I get?

Eighteen fixed pieces: founder story, case study, service explainer, five objection-busters, a lead magnet, five image posts, a deployment guide and a brand pack. Plus fifty edited photos and your Content Marketing Guide.

How much of my time does it take?

One survey, one hour on the North Star call, the shoot, and one batch approval. Setup needs no meeting.

What if a piece misses?

We recut or reshoot it at no charge, as long as you show up for the shoot and the calls.

Is there a monthly commitment?

No. The Foundation stands on its own and is yours to keep.

Do you run paid ads?

No. It is built for organic use: your site, your profiles and your follow-ups.

Do I keep everything?

Yes. Every asset is yours to keep.

Construction and trades

The founding project story.

See the construction and trades page

Why the founding rate?

We are building a commercial construction portfolio. The founding rate is for three qualifying projects, with written agreement on which approved work we can feature, and for exactly the scope listed here.

Who qualifies?

A commercial contractor or trade with a Central Ohio project where meaningful work is visible; a real use for the story, such as an upcoming bid, a prequalification or a sales follow-up; one authorized contact who can introduce the people involved; and approval to film the site and feature the approved work. The project-fit call is where we confirm it together.

What happens on the project-fit call?

You tell us about the job. We tell you straight whether it is a fit, recommend a story angle, and set out exactly what would be filmed, who would be interviewed and what you would get. You leave with that whether or not you go ahead.

Do we have to manage the shoot?

No. You introduce the people and name the authorized site contact. We handle the scheduling and the production. Your team still gives the agreed interviews, the permissions only it can give, and one round of approval.

Does one day cover the whole project?

The camera covers one agreed day on site: the work as it stands, the crew, the details. The story of the whole project comes from the interviews, with the people who ran it and the client it was built for. Filming more than one stage or location is a separate scope.

Does the client need to appear on camera?

An approved client interview makes the story stronger, so we confirm availability before reserving the project. If the client declines, we build a fact-led project story that does not imply a client endorsement.

Is fourteen days the final delivery date?

No. Fourteen days is the first cut: the edited project film, complete enough to review, before your revision round. The social cuts, the written case study, the page, the bid PDF and the stills follow with final delivery, after your one consolidated round of notes. We confirm that date when the notes arrive.

When does the fourteen day clock start, and what pauses it?

It starts the day after the completed site day, or after the last coordinated interview if that is later. It pauses only when we are waiting on a specific input that only you can give us, such as a signed release, and we name it when it happens. Our own editing and staffing never pause it.

What happens if the first cut is late?

The project is free. Anything you have already paid is refunded in full, and you keep every file we have made.

What is a consolidated revision round?

One set of notes, gathered from everyone who needs a say, sent to us in one place. We make those changes and deliver the final files.

What if the site is confidential?

This founding group needs permission to share approved work, so a project that has to stay private is not a fit for the founding rate. Ask us about a separate private scope.

Do we own the files?

You receive the final outputs and your organized raw footage. Licensed music and any other third-party material follow their license terms.

Will this guarantee a won bid?

No. We make evidence your team can use in proposals and sales conversations. Whether a buyer chooses you still depends on your offer, qualifications, price and competition.

Can we add another location or a crew film?

Yes, by separate scope and price, agreed before work starts. The founding package covers one project and one location.

What about ongoing work?

We talk about it after the first story, once we both know it is a good fit. The founding package stands on its own.

What if the weather turns?

We reschedule at no charge and the clock starts from the new date.

IT and cybersecurity

Founders, engineers and security on set.

See the it and cybersecurity page

Our buyers are technical. Will this feel like marketing?

Not if the right people say it. We write the questions for CIOs, CISOs and CTOs; your team answers in their own words.

Our founder is not a natural on camera.

That is fine. We direct every answer, and the questions do the work.

What about confidential clients and federal work?

Nothing goes on camera without approval. Anonymized specifics work well with technical buyers.

Can a vendor partner help fund this?

Sometimes. Content featuring a partner’s technology can qualify for their co-marketing funds. We flag what is eligible first.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. The Foundation is one-time. Ongoing work is a conversation after delivery.

Do you travel?

Yes. We are based in Central Ohio and travel for IT and cybersecurity firms, quoted separately.
