The proof problem

Right now, buyers have to take your word for it.

Owners, lenders and tradespeople often decide before they have seen you work. Your best proof is on your job sites, and most of it never leaves.

Founding offer

One package. Three founding spots.

Founding rate for three contractors who agree in writing which approved work we can feature.

Ongoing work is a conversation after your first story.

How it works

You introduce the people. We make it happen.

One site day captures the work. The interviews carry the whole project.

01

We plan it before we film it.

We agree the story angle and the problems it has to solve.

02

Interviews tell the whole project.

The people who ran it, and the client it was built for.

03

The camera captures one site day.

Access, permissions and releases sorted first. Your crew keeps working.

04

Then we do the rest.

We edit, write and build the page. You approve once.

Your part

  • Introduce the project lead and the client
  • Give short interviews at agreed times
  • Approve once

Our part

  • Scheduling and the shoot window
  • Story planning and interview direction
  • Filming, editing, writing and the page

Where it goes

Win the bid.
Keep the owner.
Fill the crew.

The bid package first. The same pieces work for owners and hiring.

In the bid package

The committee stops taking your word for it and hears from someone who already hired you.

  • The project film goes in the pre-qual package
  • Your estimator sends the page instead of a nudge
  • One link shows what a proposal can only describe

Who it is for

Three projects. Here is what fits.

  • A Central Ohio commercial project with visible work
  • A real use: a bid, a pre-qual or a follow-up
  • One contact who can introduce the people
  • Approval to film and feature the approved work

The deadline

A finished building is just a building.

The proof is the work, and the work only exists while it is happening. Once the site demobilizes, no version of this can be recovered. Not at any price, not by anyone.

If there is a job running right now that you would want a committee to see, that is the one.

The guarantee

The things we guarantee, in plain terms.

01

First cut in fourteen days, or you do not pay.

The edited project film, ready to review, fourteen days after the site day or the last interview. If it is late, you get a full refund and keep every file.

02

One round of notes, then final delivery.

Send one consolidated set of notes. We confirm the delivery date the day they arrive.

03

If the footage is not right, we come back.

Another day at our cost. No change order.

Questions

A few things worth knowing.

More answers, by industry, on the FAQ page.

Why the founding rate?

We are building a commercial construction portfolio. The founding rate is for three qualifying projects, with written agreement on which approved work we can feature, and for exactly the scope listed here.

Who qualifies?

A commercial contractor or trade with a Central Ohio project where meaningful work is visible; a real use for the story, such as an upcoming bid, a prequalification or a sales follow-up; one authorized contact who can introduce the people involved; and approval to film the site and feature the approved work. The project-fit call is where we confirm it together.

Do we have to manage the shoot?

No. You introduce the people and name the authorized site contact. We handle the scheduling and the production. Your team still gives the agreed interviews, the permissions only it can give, and one round of approval.

Does one day cover the whole project?

The camera covers one agreed day on site: the work as it stands, the crew, the details. The story of the whole project comes from the interviews, with the people who ran it and the client it was built for. Filming more than one stage or location is a separate scope.

What happens if the first cut is late?

The project is free. Anything you have already paid is refunded in full, and you keep every file we have made.

Built on trust

The hard part is already done.

You built it. The only thing missing is proof that it happened.
